Vegan Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredients: 

2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free) 1/2 tsp cinnamon Optional: a handful of nuts or raisins

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and oats until well combined.

3. Stir in chocolate chips and cinnamon (and any other add-ins like nuts or raisins).

4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
