Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup basil pesto
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sauté zucchini noodles and cherry tomatoes for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in basil pesto.
Remove from heat and serve topped with pine nuts and Parmesan (if using).
