Insurance & Payment Information
This weight management program is considered a specialist-level service due to the significant
time, expertise, and personalized care involved. Therefore, insurance coverage is handled
differently than general primary care.
For weight management, we accept:

✅ Most PPO insurance plans
Patients with HMO plans (including SCMG) or Medi-Cal are welcome to participate through our
self-pay options.
➡ Please note: Although we accept SCMG for primary care, SCMG and other HMO networks do not
cover this specialized weight management program.
Self-pay plans are available to all patients regardless of insurance type.
